♦ I, the artist, retain all rights to all commissioned work, whether paid for or traded in art for.♦Credit must be given to me for creating artwork and the Client agrees not to claim the work as their own. The Client also agrees not to upload the artwork on external sites without proper credit being given to me and the linking back to my Instagram or VGen. You can repost the commissioned art anywhere as long as you credit me.♦Using my artwork for NFT purposes puts you on my black list and I will accept no further orders from you♦I take the right to post your commission on my social media and use it as examples on my commission sheets, unless explicitly asked not to by the client.♦The Client has permission to use the commissioned or traded artwork for non-commercial use such as creating small derivative personal works such as profile Avatar, signature, in postscript tables for writing websites WITHOUT altering the integrity of the original image directly. This means the Client may crop the image, resize it, add text, or another minor adjustment. Altering the integrity of the original artwork can mean changing colors, markings, adding or removing something from the artwork so that it is no longer recognizable as the original artwork or depicted character. It is the right of the Artist to determine what alternations constitute violating the integrity of the artwork. If you're unsure, ask! I may be willing to alter it for you.

Payment:

♦Payment is done in full after I show the sketch and the client approves it for further progress
♦️ Depending on the complexity of the characters, the price may vary a little. More complex designs will cost a bit more than the base price.
♦Payment can be done through PayPal, Ko-fi or VGen.

REVISIONS:

♦ Revisions, big and small, are free of charge in the sketch phase, any big revision in further stages of art (coloring, shading, pose change, rendering) will be charged a small fee(+3eur per revision)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:

♦ For smaller artworks, such as sketches and colored sketches, the process time is up to two weeks unless otherwise stated. Process time for bigger artworks can be up to 4 weeks, depending on artwork complexity.
♦ If I encounter any setbacks or stops while working on your commission, you will be promptly notified about it.

✦USE:

♦Standard/personal use:
♢The client has the right to use the artwork by posting it on social media, using it as icons and banners, personal social media posts with properly given credit, printing it out for personal uses such as at home decoration and wallpapers.♢ Artwork intended for monetized uses pays 50% the final price and it can be used by the client for: thumbnails, subscription posts(ko-fi, patreon..etc) or during videos and livestreams. This is for content creators and businesses who want to use the asset as part of creating and distributing monetized digital content. This applies to VTubers, YouTubers, streamers and other content creators.♦Commercial use:
♢ Artwork intended for commercial uses pays 2x the original price and it can be used by the client for: merchandises(prints, stickers, keychains) or anywhere where the art itself is intended to generate revenue.

✦INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

♦ I, the artist, retain all rights to all commissioned work, whether paid for or traded in art for and the right to post the commissioned work on my social websites, unless otherwise asked of the client.

✦REFUNDS:

♦The Client reserves the right to cancel the order if they have NOT received any updates on their commission for 2 weeks.
♦ I reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason. If I cancel your order after sending you an invoice and charging you, I will refund you.
♦ I will not be refunding a finished artwork and nor will I be fully refunding a piece of art that has already gone past the sketch phase. If the artwork is around half way done, you will only receive half of the refund

✦COMMUNICATION:

♦ Communication is preferred over Instagram, VGen or Discord but no matter the website, it is important part of the process. Upon accepting the offer and starting the process of sketching I will send W.I.Ps and confirm with the client if any changes should or should not be done.
