♦You are commissioning me for my art style or an interpretation of a game style I offer services for, carefully look over examples to be sure you like the art style
♦ I, the artist, retain all rights to all commissioned work, whether paid for or traded in art for.
♦Credit must be given to me for creating artwork and the Client agrees not to claim the work as their own. The Client also agrees not to upload the artwork on external sites without proper credit being given to me. You can repost the commissioned art anywhere as long as you credit me.
♦Using my artwork for NFT purposes puts you on my black list and I will accept no further orders from you
♦I take the right to post your commission on my social media and use it as examples on my commission sheets unless anonymity is requested (extra charges apply if you never want me to post the art work you commissioned, otherwise I am fine with delaying the post in agreement with you)
♦You must be 18+ to order NSFW (I am not responsible if you, as the buyer, lie to me).
♦I do: OCs, OC x Canon, yumeships,selfship, self inserts, NSFW, armor, animals, gore, nature backgrounds (city life is not my strongest suit yet), anthro, feral, mythology. If you are unsure about something, don’t hesitate to send me a message asking!
♦I don’t do: real life political propaganda, most ccxcc ships of my f/o(Mydei, Rerir). I hold the right to decline any commission I am uncomfortable with.

PAYMENT:

♦Payment is done in full after I show the sketch and the client approves it for further progress. I only take work over VGen or directly over PayPal and Ko-Fi

REVISIONS AND PROGRESS::

♦ Revisions, big and small, are free of charge in the sketch phase, any big revision in further stages of art (coloring, shading, rendering) will be charged a small fee(changing the whole pose, outfit, or any other change that would require me to redraw a large portion of the commission).
♦A client has the right to ask for progress at any point in the process
♦Please be mindful to let me know if your commission is time sensitive or a gift.
♦As an artist I kindly ask you for patience while I work

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:

♦ For smaller artworks, such as sketches and colored sketches, the process time is up to two weeks unless otherwise stated. Process time for bigger artworks can be up to 5 weeks, depending on artwork complexity.
♦ If I encounter any setbacks or stops while working on your commission, you will be promptly notified about it.

✦USE:

♦The base price is for personal use only. The client can post the artwork anywhere, use as profile picture, backgrounds, print for personal use or use the artwork to promote themselves (with properly given credit which means they credit my VGen or Instagram).♦The Client has permission to use the commissioned or traded artwork for non-commercial use such as creating small derivative personal works such as profile Avatar, signature, in postscript tables for writing websites WITHOUT altering the integrity of the original image directly. This means the Client may crop the image, resize it, add text, or another minor adjustment. Altering the integrity of the original artwork can mean changing colors, markings, adding or removing something from the artwork so that it is no longer recognizable as the original artwork or depicted character. It is the right of the Artist to determine what alternations constitute violating the integrity of the artwork. If you're unsure, ask! I may be willing to alter it for you.

✦INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

♦ I, the artist, retain all rights to all commissioned work, whether paid for or traded in art for and the right to post the commissioned work on my social websites, unless otherwise asked of the client.

✦REFUNDS:

♦The Client reserves the right to cancel the order if they have NOT received any updates on their commission for two weeks without an explanation.
♦I have the right to cancel and don't refund the commission at any time if your, as costumer, being disrespectful and harassing me.
♦ I reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason. If I cancel your order after sending you an invoice and charging you, I will refund you.
♦ I will not be refunding a finished artwork and nor will I be fully refunding a piece of art that has already gone past the sketch phase. If the artwork is around half way done, you will only receive half of the refund

✦COMMUNICATION:

♦ Communication is preferred over Instagram, VGen or Discord but no matter the website, it is an important part of the process. Upon accepting the offer and starting the process of sketching I will send W.I.Ps and confirm with the client if any changes should or should not be done.
